Warranty

In the unlikely event your TACTiQ product has a defect, you may contact the nearest authorized dealer for instructions. The defective product along with a copy of the original receipt MUST accompany all warranty claims.

• All TACTiQ products are meticulously subjected to strict quality control standards to bring you the best products in the industry.
• All TACTiQ products are warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects for 1 year starting on the purchase date.
• TACTiQ warrants all components of the product, but excludes replaceable or wearable parts such as the paint/finish, grips worn from use, etc. Although not specifically limited, replacement of wear parts by unqualified service personnel may void warranty.
• This warranty applies to TACTiQ products purchased from an authorized TACTiQ or QCO, LLC Retailer or distributor.
• The warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable.
• All TACTiQ products covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced (with the same model or one of equal value) without charge.
• All claims are resolved at the discretion of TACTiQ and QCO, LLC.
• This warranty is void if your product has aftermarket modifications or if it has been subject to mishandling, abuse, or modification/repairs not performed by TACTiQ, QCO, LLC or its authorized service centers.
